Prices

• All rates quoted are Gross, including VAT of 14% where applicable and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Rates are quoted per person per tour
• Rates do NOT include telephone, laundry, shop purchases or gratuities
• A single supplement fee is applicable to single occupants undertaking an overnight tour.

Children

• Children under seven years are not allowed on the elephant trek
• Children under the age of 3 years to share with parents at no extra charge, but are not permitted to join any of the tours
• Children aged 4-11 years and  are charged at a special rate, stated at the price list
• Children aged 12 and above are charged at 100 % of the Normal rate

Payment / Cancellation Policy

• Full pre-payment required 30 days prior to arrival.
• 25% of fee if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival.
• 50% of fee if cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival.
• 100% of fee if cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival.

Insurance :

• All guests staying overnight at Earth Lodge or undertakinga siam safari tour MUST have insurance for the duration of their tour or stay at Siam Safari’s Earth Lodge.
• Personal property of passengers is at their own risk on the tour.

Transfers :

• Transfers are included in the tour price. For pick up and drop off destinations please ask when booking.

Catering Requirements :

• Please inform reservations of any special dietary requirements.

Tours :

• Tour itineraries are subject to change due to the weather and local conditions on the day of the tour but will be similar in content unless stated.
• Please be aware that if you are to using a self paddle canoe Siam Safari advises all who undertake the activity to have had some experience paddling a canoe before.

What to take :

• swim wear and a towel if you want to swim in the river
