Bookings are made on the understanding that they are not confirmed until payment is made in full. Payment for all trips must be made in full before a trip departs. Programmes include the services of a fully trained guide registered with the Tourism Authority of Thailand, food (on full day and overnight trips), user fees, transfers to and from your hotel or airport, and accommodation (on overnight trips). Programmes do not include alcoholic drinks or other beverages, internal air fares, medical insurance. All itineraries and order of activities are subject to change due to weather and local conditions on the day of the tours and factors beyond our control. All tours are designed for average people in reasonable health and physical condition. If you have any special dietary needs, or health problems or for any other reason need special facilities, this must be advised at the time of making a booking. People taking part in the tour must follow the guide's instruction, especially with regards to safety, and environmental responsibility while on the tour. Siam Safari holds insurance against accidents and public liability. YOU ARE ADVISED TO TAKE OUT YOU OWN MEDICAL, ACCIDENT AND CANCELLATION INSURANCE FOR ANY OVERSEAS TRAVEL.
